This next Iron Network Pop-Up invites you to slow down, look closely, and see differently.

In collaboration with the National Gallery of Canada, join us for an evening of creative exploration led by educators Andrea Gumpert and Jessica Arseneau, both trained facilitators in Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS), an inquiry-based approach that encourages participants to observe, question, and interpret what they see.

Through guided observation and conversation around works of art, we’ll explore how the ability to look from multiple perspectives to pause, notice, and reframe, can deepen our understanding of people, situations, and challenges in our professional lives.

This is not an art lesson. It’s an exercise in curiosity, one that cultivates the same mindset we need in leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving: openness, empathy, and creativity.

After the session, we’ll gather for a drink to share reflections and conversations.
